CONSULTATION

Every search begins with a solid understanding of the role and parameters through discussions with our clients. Together, we identify additional context and requirements for each unique role and/or team; as well as, identify contractual off-limits and confidentiality requirements.

2. CANDIDATE
IDENTIFICATION

Initially Nullam Recruitment leverages our own proprietary networks and database, always seeking referrals from trusted sources and well-connected market participants. We undertake extensive networking and sourcing to build a list of candidates to approach with tailored messaging as agreed to by the client. This can also include market mapping, competitor analysis and intelligence gathering.

3. CANDIDATE
SCREENING

Nullam Recruitment makes discrete and tactful approaches to identified prospective candidates. This includes rigorous screening and interviewing by experienced recruitment consultants specifically targeting the nature and requirements of the role and organization.

4. INTERVIEWS

When requested, Nullam can facilitate and coordinate client interviews, and manage the entire process. We also seek peer reviews and confidential referencing for all candidates who move through the client interview stages. Nullam Recruitment also believes in and guarantees feedback to all candidates to support a positive candidate experience and uphold the reputation of our clients.

5.OFFER 
NEGOTIATION

Nullam offers impartial negotiation between client and candidates regarding their offer package. We also provide guidance and support throughout the resignation process when necessary.

6. POST-PLACEMENT
MANAGEMENT

Lastly, Nullam Recruitment provides a three-month check-in and feedback on each candidate’s integration into the business.
